General Regulation Salus Trapani
Gift Vouchers issued by Salus are valid for one year: 6 months from purchase (including the period of closure of the facility). It is necessary to book the corresponding service in good time (we recommend one week in advance) in order to be able to make it before the expiry date. At the time of admission, our Promotions are only applicable to paying customers who are not in possession of a previously purchased Gift Voucher. In the event that a Gift Voucher is used, the calculation of any supplement will refer to the full rate. At least 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation of bookings. In the event of a cancellation on the same day or failure to give notice due to forgetfulness, mishap, or otherwise of a prepaid service, we will consider the Gift Voucher in the customer's possession to be no longer valid or will deduct the corresponding service from any subscription of the customer. In the event of a delay for which we are not responsible, the duration of the booked wellness route or massage will be shortened in order not to penalize appointments for the following hours. When booking, you must provide reception with a telephone number, mobile if possible, otherwise the booking cannot be made.
We would also like to draw your attention to the rules of SALUS in order to be able to offer you high quality standards and enable you to enjoy our services. We also need your help in observing certain behavioral guidelines, based on common sense and mutual respect, to ensure relaxation and peace of mind for everyone.
The available times for Wellness Path bookings, unless special requirements, are 10.30 a.m., 1 p.m., 3.30 p.m., 6 p.m. (times may vary by more or less than half an hour). All our courses are conducted in total privacy, whether you book alone, as a couple or with a group of friends. In the reception area before entering the changing rooms, there are boxes for your valuables. The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, damage or loss of personal belongings on the premises. In the event of an infringement of the rules of conduct, the management and staff reserve the right to reprimand, and in serious cases to remove offenders, without any right to reimbursement, without prejudice to any other action appropriate or required by law. The staff may in any case refuse any person access to the facility without giving reasons or justification. For anything not covered by these regulations, the provisions communicated by the staff shall apply. Any damage caused must be paid for before leaving the facility. Claims and accidents must be reported immediately in writing to a person in charge of the facility or at the reception desk.
The management accepts no liability for the consequences of non-compliance with these regulations and/or staff recommendations. These rules and regulations may be subject to change; the version displayed on the various premises of the Facility shall prevail. Our staff is always at your disposal to provide you with all information on the correct use of the services and the benefits of the treatments offered.
To ensure maximum comfort and relaxation for all in our wellness centre, and for the respect of all users, we ask you to observe a few simple rules and comply with the following prescriptions:
- A swimming costume, bathrobe and non-slip slippers must be worn throughout the facility.
- Before entering the spa, each guest is required to take a shower using the shower facilities.
- For hygienic reasons, deckchairs and sun loungers must always be covered with a towel.
In order not to disturb the relaxed atmosphere, moderation of the tone of voice is appreciated.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Salus.
Introduce food and drink if not already present in the facility.
The use of any kind of personal hygiene products (peelings, creams, oils, masks, etc.) is not permitted, nor is the use of soaps (shampoos, bubble baths) in the bath, sauna and hammam.
